PAYMENT TERMS

• Payment must be made within 3 working days from the date of invoice issuance.
• Your participation in the training will be confirmed once the payment has been received in our account.
• In case of course cancellation for any reason, the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE; however, a replacement date may be provided within a maximum of 6 months from the cancellation date.
• In cases of force majure or serious illness, an alternative training date will be provided.
• The deposit will be refunded only if the course is canceled by the organizer, within 5 days from the cancellation announcement.
